What Is It If There Is A Blister On The Bottom Which Is Red And Has Swelling Around It?

I have a problem. I dont know wether i have a pilonidal cyst, abscess or a boil on my bottom. It is not painful when i touch it. From time to time rarely needs itching around the area. Its mainly all red with swellin around it and the spot centre has a watery efevt, very soft as if skin is melted and fall off. The swelling is not very hard and if pushed down doesnt really cause pain.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Even though the description of the lesion seems like abscess or boil, lack of pain is against it. You have not mentioned for how long its been there. It could be a sebaceous cyst which is usually less painful until infected and may be present for long duration. You may apply an antibiotic ointment like neosporin thrice a day and warm compresses. This will help in case of boil/abscess.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
