since past few weeks i have not been able to sleep well. When i first go to sleep at night i wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep. i can sleep back but i start dreaming a lot. when it gets morning i m not much refreshed. what should i do? i m 17
gentle relaxation exercises with the help of herbal relaxants are very bebefical. Avocado , chamomile flowers, dandelion roots and leaves , dates, dill, peppermint, etc will help you too relax the mind and body
and also drink warm milk without sugar before sleep....
