What Is Homogeneous Myometrium?

i went for an ultra sound and the results said the uterus had dimensions of 8x4.1x3cm & showed a homgeneous myometrium, i was wondering what this means, also showed a complex haemorrhagic cyst, is this all normal?

Hello,
Your myometrium is normal but the hemorrhagic cyst may or may not be.Its seen during certain phases of the normal menstrual cycle and it depends when the scan was done.Its often seen during reproductive years.It disappears on its own.
