What Is Hazy Density In My Left Lung And Blunt CP Sulcus?

good day...i would like to ask about the result of my x-ray it is stated that my left CP sulcus is blunted, and hazy densities is shown in my left lung. what are those? and the result is i have a pneumonia. but my cough is not not that hard.

Blunt cp angle is the fluid collection in the space outside the lung secondary to the pneumonia which is seen as haziness on the xray..
Mostly this fluid collection is reactionary and is resolved on its own with treatment of pneumonia.
