What Is Effect Of Taking 118mg Of Amphetamine?

Hi there , my borther died after falling into a river. He was found to have 238mg of Alcohol in his blood along with 118mg of Anphetamine.

My question is how much is 118mg of speed, would this make you likely to fall into a river, I understand 238mg of alcohol is roughly 8 pints of nornal lager ?

Those are not the actual measures. The amount in the body is given as a concentration not as a quantity. I'm assumeing you mean 0.238 mg/dl with 0.08 being the legal drinking limit and 0.4 often being lethal. 0.238 is quite a bit. It could be 8 pints or perhaps half that amount in a small person who drank all of them very fast.
I've no idea about the 118 without the correct units. Generally it is given as a very small unit and 118 would be a low reading. At the lab where I send samples 500 is the lowest amount they test for and 118 would be literally nothing. (units are not milligram, not microgram, but NANOgram per milliliter or a MILLIONth of a milligram per milliliter).
