As a healthcare provider I tell my patients that low blood pressure is considered too low whenever it causes continued episodes of dizziness or even near fainting. The goal of healthy blood pressure is 120/80 or less. Too high blood pressure is defined by numbers. Too low blood pressure is defined by symptoms.
