What Is Causing Vomiting, Excessive Sweating, Bad Stomach Ache And Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

at 13 weeks pregnant i suddenly felt like i was going to throw up. i got sweaty, felt like i was going to faint, bad stomach ache and had diarrhea once. this whole thing lasted for about 4 hours, then i was back to normal. what would this be caused by?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your history, there is possibility of gastroenteritis.
It can occur due to some food infection.
Pregnancy may not directly related to the symptoms.
Sometimes mild infections will subside with single episode of diarrhea.
If the symptoms persist once consult gynecologist and get examined.
You may need antibiotics to control the infection.
Take plenty of oral fluids to replace the electrolyte loss.
Adequate rest and nutritious diet are important.
