What Is Causing Tiredness, Loss Of Appetite, Joints And Leg Pain In Child?

Hi, My 5 year old grandson has been very tired , lost appetite, lost interest in things he enjoyed used to cuddle bug now just wants to stay in his room , complains of achy joints and leg pain, his mother has an appt. on Feb. 2nd. with his Dr. but I'm afraid this might be Lyme's and the longer she waits the more severe his sickness. What do you think. Thank you, Scared Grandmother.
