What Is Causing The Pain While Bending The Elbow?

hi, my four year child fell on his elbow and we took him to a ortho, he took an x ray but there was no fractrue but child was suffering from pain he was crying not able to lift his hand and doctor suggested for casting for three days. After removing casting he is not complaining any pain but when we fold is hand he feel the pain what would be the cause. do i need him to take a doctor again.
