What Is Causing The Pain In Testicles And Numbness In Feet After Smoking?

I have a friend who has resorted to using Meth/Ice again and has noticed that after an event of smoking he experiences pain in his testicles and numbness to his feet. Aside from telling him to stop smoking, what is causing the patho physiology of this occurrence?

Hi,

Your friend's symptoms are due to meth's effects on blood vessels of the body. Meth causes the constriction of blood vessels in different parts of the body which impairs the blood supply and causes pain in the involved areas. When the blood vessels involving the heart and brain are involved, this can result in heart attack and stroke. The earlier your friend stops meth, the better it will be for him.

Best wishes.
