What Is Causing Recurrence Of Rashes In Chin Along With Redness And Swelling Under Eyes?

I have had a rash on my face mainly the chin area for 3 yrs now on and off. Lately it begins with redness and swelling under the eyes and on eye lids and blood shot eyes. Within an hour a get a horrible itchy, bumpy rash on my chin. When this happens I am in excruciating pain. It will last about 5 days and then reappears again. It s been the worst in the last 6 months. Been to 9 different skin specialist. No one can tell me what it is

From your complain it appears to be allergic condition. Take levocetrizine 5mg tablet for ten days. Apply cromal eye drop 3 times daly for tendays. It can be bacterial infection withsupper impose allergy. So inthat case neosporine ophthalmic ointment can be applied over chin and lid. Acourse of oral anti biotic like erythromyci 500 mg can be taken for 7 days. Der matologist can diagnose the skin condition.
