What Is Causing Pain In Leg And Inner Groin?
In the morning my legs feel as if I could run a marathon. After a few hours pass I feel extreme pain in my thigh and inner groin area on my left leg. The pain is so bad it becomes vary difficult to walk. This continues throughtout the day until I go to sleep that evening.

All of the motion pain is related to bone diseasses.
You have to make X-rays of the hip first.
Blood testing will be useful (rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme diseasse for example).
