What Is Causing Pain In Left Shoulder And Left Upper Chest?

Hi, for the past day I have had a pain similar to acid reflux in my left shoulder and cleft upper chest. It gets worse when I breath deeper. It is still here and now occasionally for few minute intervals I can hear a clicking and almost gargling sound to the rhythm of my heart beat.

Hello
In all probability it seems to me that it is a pain due to acid reflux for which you need to take pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily before food along with levosulpuride 25 mg thrice daily along with life style modification in the form of avoidance of spicy and fast food, plenty of water daily, avoidance of stress factor, small but frequent food and head end elevation during sleep.
Thank you
Regards
Dr Arnab Maji
