What Is Causing Night Sweats And Change In Bowel Movements?

Recently, i have been waking in the morning after fitful sleep and what i believe to be night sweats (i am almost 47). My stomach feels full and gassy, my bowel movements have changed, though i have always suffered a bit from constipation, and my urine smells particularly strong and bad.

Hi,
Going through your history, i think you need to get a colonoscopy done.
Night sweats can be found in multiple conditions and most importantly malignancies.
Change in bowel habits with night sweats could be due to colonic cancer.

You need to get a colonoscopy done to rule our any malignancies.

Due to night sweats, your urine might be concentrated, so it could be strong with a heavy odor.

Meet a Surgeon at the earliest to get the investigation done.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
