Thanks for contacting HCM

I am thrilled to hear that you have taken control of your health by reducing your weight. The body's response to the reduce weight has been exactly what we expect. You lowered your blood pressure to a much more appropriate levels. The normal blood pressure is 100-140 on the top number and 60-90 on the lower number. The other aspect of your blood pressure would also be what your pulse is. When you exercise and loss weight your heart will become more efficient and will reduce the pulse. These are all good things and I congratulate you on your efforts. You have nothing to worry about.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again for you questions
