What Is Causing Itching And Discharge From Anus?
Hi.
I'm a healthy 28 year old male. Some days the area around my bum itch and burn an goed together with a light yellow discharge from the anus. What can this be as I follow a healthy diet, and excercise often. Sometime a week goes by with no irritation.

I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms this could be a fistula you are having. A fistula is a connection between your anus and skin. The only way to treat is operation, so my suggestion is to visit your GP to make a better examination and to send you to a surgeon. Until than try to keep your anal region clean by showering and changing your underware clean.
