Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely an urinary infection secondary to urinary stone. The pain can radiate to hip abdomen and lower limbs. It can give an abdominal syndrome due to over sensitization of nerves. An urine routine examination and ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis will rule out the condition.Antibiotics will be necessary to wipe out infection. If stone is present treatment will depend upon the size of stone.Stones less than 5 mm might go out with conservative therapy.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
