Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

High fever causes loss of fluids and electrolytes from the body causing electrolyte depletion which cause generalised weakness and muscular cramps.

It is recommended to follow up with investigation like
1. Serum electrolytes
2. Complete blood counts
3. Ultrasound abdomen scanning.

Generally you are advised to take lot of fluids and electrolytes and diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

Thanks
