What Is Causing Heavy Breaths?

Hi there, for few months I feel my breath isn t the best like sometimes its heavy and I have to yawn to feel a deep breath. I am 25. Recently had very sore and tender chest to touch this is getting better though and almost gone. Should I be worried? It seems when I take vicks or menthol lollies it helps for a while.

Hello,
Vicks and menthol lollies just give a false feeling of getting increased airflow. The vicks or menthol stimulate the cold receptors and so the false feeling comes.
Try to avoid them.
You had some infection in the chest and now its gone--if its so then try to go for a walk or jogging daily . This will help you in increasing the stamina and will help in getting the lungs in better position and will increase there capacity.
In doubt do reply
