What Is Causing Head Irritation, Laziness And Sleepy The Whole Day Long?

I am feeling slight head irritation, Lazy & tire, little sleep mode in some days, I have checked with a doctor and doctor checked the blood sugar and pressure, both were ok. This issue starting always around 10 o’clock morning and continue almost full day. What could be reason?

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM, you said you feel sleepy, lazyness, tierd whole day I will suggest you go for thyroid tests done( T3, T4, TSH ) i am sayng for thyroid test patients feels these symptoms , or you can consult Physician for this
