What Is Causing Electric Jolts In Hands And Feet While Travelling?

I experience neuropathic symptoms that are like electric jolts traveling along a pathway in my hands and feet. Leavesmy hand and feet aching. I am an ICU RN on my feet many hours but now even on my days off I am having these symptoms. I am healthy. No chronic diseases, no meds but daily vitamins and calcium

Hello !
Thank you for the question on HCM! I understand your concern.
In my opinion the troubles you have may be related to a peripheral neuropathy. It usually starts only in the feet but pain and parestesia accur during rest and movement.
I would recommend you to counsult a neurologist, have a good neurological examination and a full blood work.
A electroneurography would be very helpful for the examination or peripheral nerves.
