What Is Causing Dull Headache, Dizziness And Lack Of Concentration? Has Family History Of Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes And Cancer

Hello, so for awhile now (2 weeks or longer) I've had a dull headache in the front of my head. Sometimes I feel dizzy or foggy, like I can't concentrate. Also, I've noticed that if I look up, down, or to the sides it gets worse. I didn't hit my head or get into any accident. It just kinda came out of no where. What could this be? There are a lot of things that run in my family (multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cancer, etc.) but not sure if any of those are it.

Hello,

I have studied your case.

First possibility as per presentation of your symptoms is migraine.
Migraine usually involves half part of your head and associated with nausea.
Are you having pain of severe type? And aggravated by triggering factors like irritant smell, travelling?

Another possibility of complain related sinusitis.Inflammation of sinus leads to headache.
Routine blood investigation like complete blood count, ESR, CRP, MRI brain will be useful.

Blood investigations are useful tool for screening but there are nonspecific tools available.
Management will depend on clinical examination and investigation reports .Plan will go like this, if headache is of migraine variety
medications for migraine like sumatriptans can started consulting your doctor.

Some medication like analgesic [paracetemol] will reduce pain
