What Is Causing Chronic Pain In The Bridge Of The Nose?

Ever since a few months ago I have had chronic pain on the bridge of my nose and I have no idea what it could be from. My nose has taken a few trauma incidents over the years, dating back to when I was 13. None of them have broken my nose but slight fractures have occurred, and my nose is clearly crooked. I have seen 2 ENT s in under a year, and at this point, neither of them have been helpful. I ve been prescribed nasal sprays that hardly provide any relief. I ve had an x-ray and CAT scan which neither indicated any internal injury that would require invasive procedures. Recently, I have also taken the allergy test to see what I am allergic to, and unfortunately I am severely allergic to many things that I encounter throughout everyday life. The ENT that I am currently seeing thinks that this may be the cause of the pain in my nose. The weird thing about this whole situation is that the cartilage in my nose moves. One day the bridge of my nose may be flatter than normal and bent more to the left side whereas other days it may be straight and I can easily run my hand over the bump on the bridge of my nose from when it was broken. When I push up against the left side of my nose which is the side that it leans to I have literally a minute of no pain then it just comes back again. This leads me to believe surgery is somewhat necesary but no doctor has said the same. I ve searched near and far for answers and at this point i m desperate. I ve had chronic pain in my nose for as long as I can remeber and I just want to be DONE with it. Thank you for any help in advance, it is much appreciated.

pain likely due to allergy or sinus issues or tissue entrapment after your injuries nerve or soft tissue mucosa damage entrapment can be a cause allergy v likely leads to all this. try antiallergic, homoepath naturopathy. if tissue entrapment is the cause - surgery or procedure is the solution. nasal endoscopy may be worth trying
