What Is Causing Chills,vomitting,runny Nose And Dizziness?
Chills, vomiting, shaking and shivering to the point that muscles clench, previous fever, cough with phlegm, stuffy and runny nose, feeling cold and hard to get warm, cold clammy skin, fatigue, short of breath, dizziness after vomiting. What is your diagnoses?

Hi,
These symptoms suggest you had a chest infection and you are not yet recovered from it. It is most likely to resolve in the next few days. It is likely to be viral.
I suggest you take paracetamol and ibuprofen. Drink plenty of water and rest if possible. If you have not recovered in 4-5 days, see your doctor. At this stage you may need antibiotics.
