Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic

Hi....., The Blockage in the heart cannot be relived by the food habit or it cannot be restored to normal.. Angioplasty is the best available treatment available... after the angioplasty you need to change the food habit by avoiding by fat or oily foods, also there are lipid lowering drugs like atorvastatin, HMG Co ase inhibitors.... by above medications it will prevent the further damage to blood vessels and also decrease the plasma lipid level...
Hope I have answered your question..
