hi good day can you please help me to check my urine exam? transparency: sl. turbid specific gravity: 1.005 Reaction:6.3 albumin: trace sugar: negative microscopic appearance epithelial cell: moderate pus cell: over 60/hpf rbc: 0-3/hpf bacteria: few A.urates: moderate Thanks, Lovely

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by slightly turbid colour of urine and presence of pus cells,epithelial cells,few bacteria etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
