I had protected sex with a sex worker, at 29 days I had DUO test in UK. The result came negative can I have unprotected sex with my girl friend.

DUO is not conclusive until 12 weeks post exposure. Try not to have unprotected sex with your girlfriend until then. Western Blot test is confirmatory.
