Hello At present you are having pulmonary tuberculosis with thickened pleura . The main point is fibrosis means healed tubercular lesions . When a patient get tuberculosis there develop lesions in lungs in PTB . When these lesions healed there develop calcification and fibrosis ( old healed tubercular lesion ) with the help of these fibrosed lesion a doctor can identify that patient was an old tubercular patient . I am sorry to say till date there is no medicine which can remove these fibrosed ( calcified lesions ) lesions form X ray . Yes a patient can get tubercular infection at any time so deal as mentioned . Good luck.
