What Helps With Recurring High Fever In Children?

my daughter is 13 months. she is passing loose stoools with mucus. stool examination says it contains pus cells above some 17..units. she has recuring high fever. but fever subsides after paracetamol dose but after four hours or so the fever returns again. what shud i do?

It seems that she might be having Gastro-intestinal infection.
She might require one antibiotic medicine course.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
