You are asking a million dollor question. If you want to loose weight, eating a healthy food is the answer. Both quantity and quality of food is to be taken care.
If you have sweet tooth, avoid sweets and oily food. No butter , oil and Icecream. Before each major meal, consume one full cucumber and a glass of water. Plenty of onions and salad can be eaten to keep stomach full. Avoid Egg yolk, fried food including Chicken etc. Black roasted food will be ideal. Atleast three liters of water per day is essential. Fruits should be major part of food consumed per day.
Jogging for 30 minutes daily will bring rapid results.
