My mom and dad have been fighting,and my mom has noticed that he is addicted to his medicine,so she takes it away.What will happen to my father?

The higher the blood pressure, the greater the stroke risk. This is the main concern. If he has been prescribed anti-hypertensive medication then he needs to take it. I am not sure I understand your mothers rationale?
