What Happens When Burnol Enters Eye?

I bought a cream for infections?
i use it on eyebrow

its name is burnol

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Cetrimide, which give rise to further complications include Corneal irritation, Erosion, Ulceration.

Cetrimide produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Coma, Convulsions, Cyanosis, CNS depression, Asphyxia. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Cetrimide therapy.

The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Cetrimide include Convulsions, Central paralysis.

The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Cetrimide are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Nausea, Vomiting, Dyspnea, Irritative skin reactions, Hypersensitivity, Falling of the Hair.

Hello
It seems from the history that burnol cream containing cetrimide went into your eyes.
Cetrimide is an antiseptic and it can cause irritation of the eye and on coming in contact with cornea it can cause corneal epithelial defect.
Hence the first thing to be done thorough eye wash to remove the cream.
You can use artificial tears and antibiotic eye drops.
If you have symptoms of redness of eyes, eye irritation you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
