What Happens To The Adrenal Glands In A Kidney Transplant Case?
Hello: I am in the Allied Health field at a community college and for extra credit I am trying to find out what happens to the adrenal glands in a kidney transplant case. Do they go with the kidney? Do they work? I have Addison's Disease and my brother is a kidney and pancreas transplant patient and nobody can answer this question I have.
