my father 75 years is chronic diabetes, high blood pressure & cardiac condition. his present bp level is high and creatininn is 3.18. dietry restrictions are being implemented. is there any food supplement that he can take that can help him to reduce his protein level

Dear sir I understand your concern.I am very sorry about the condition of your kidney.i guess you will be under diet modification with low sodium and protein restricted diet.Then that should be fine.
kindly target your pressure as more pressure will make your protein to leak more in urine.
in this condition the drugs that will help are ACE and ARB pls kindly check with your doc weather you are on this kind of drugs are not.
