Dear,Shahbaz, first of all talk to your doctor and try to find out the reason for poor growth. It may be nutritional deficiency, high blood pressure or some hormonal deficiency. So please talk to him first. Then after diagnosis focus on its treatment. In general adequate rest with nutritious diet will help.Ask her to sleep in left lateral position, that will improve blood flow to the fetus.bye and take care.

Naturopathy & Yoga Specialist Dr. Sneha's  Response
Hello Shabaz

The fetus weight at 24 weeks/6 months will be around 600-800 gms. It almost doubles/ increases by 3 times in the last three months of the term.
Your wife has to concentrate more on increasing calories, fluids and fruits in her diet and engage in mild walking and lamaz techniques to aid in smooth labour.
