What Food Can Be Given To A 7 Month Old Premature Baby?
Hi, my kid is 7 and half months old now. He is premature by 2 months. I give him pro nan 1 milk powder and also have started various liquid foods like juice, soup, nachani porridge and cerelac. Kindly let me know if I should now shift to Pro nan 2 milk powder and Cerelac stage 2 or continue with pro nan1 milk powder and cerelac stage1 products?

Your premature baby who is 7mths would have to be given Pro Nan 2.As far as the cerelac is concerned you can give him stage 2 .
The best way of weaning is to let him get used to the traditional food which the family eats rather than only Cerelac . At 7 mths the consistency of the food can be liquids and finely mashed food including cereals,pulses,veggies and fruit pulps.
