What exercise can i do to loose my weight ?

im trying to loose weight and i need to know how i can start to loose it im starting weight watchers and plus i do walk and run and play with dogs outside so i get probably 2 hours or 3 hours of exercise when im not running around at my job for 4 hours im 19 and im 55 i weight 266 pds i wana loose some for my self no one else any advice to wat how i need to exercise or anything

first of all you are require to change your diet style from solid food to liquid one.put yourself on oat meal,corn flakes,sogo meal,vegitable,salad,lemon juice,fuit juice,honey after controlling you diet,you can take homeopathic remedies:
calcarea carb cm two doses in a fortnight.
fucus ves Q 15 drops in little water.thrice a day.

You can do aerobics, running, skipping or swimming.Avoid rice, fatty and fried foods. Drink water or fruit juices without sugar instead of sodas or carbonated and sugary drinks.Take care
