What exactly are night terrors, what causes them, and how can I help him ?

My three and half has what I think are night terrors. What exactly are they, what causes them, and how can I help him ? Suddenly he get up from the bed and start crying telling that he had a bad dream. He is fully not able to explain what he is seeing in his dreams.

its due to effects of ghost, take your baby to temple and put taita. all evil effects and demon effects will go of. this is the best treatment.

Hi welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Nght mares are common during 4-8 years age kids, they are a part of normal child development , so you need not worry about them.
Regarding what you can do to help him , just before he goes to bed do not tell him any scary stories or scary incidents , dont allow him to watch scary movies on television. The rationale is that usually they dream about things they thought while just going to bed.
So donot worry this will pass by time ...
