What Else Besides Sereous Carcinoma Can Cause Vaginal Discharge And Endometrium Thickening ?

I am a 59 year old female, post menopausal, with vaginal discharge, thickness of endometrium is 11 mm - my older sister was diagnosed last year with clear cell and sereous carcinoma. I have not taken any harmone replacement therapy and my obgyn said my hormone levels are almost at zero. Scheduled for D & C this week, what else besides cancer could be causing the discharge and the thickness of th lining? I am slim, do not smoke, eat very healthy my cervix has grown closed.

First of all, it is uterine cancer that causes endometrial thickening and not ovarian cancer. However, there are other non-cancerous conditions that can cause thickening and discharge. These are benign endometrial hyperplasia and endometritis. These will become clear after the D&C report comes.
