What Dose This Stool Test Report Indicate?

Hello, I have done my stool test. I am 20 years old. Male.
My Stool Test Result is given below:
Physical Examination:
Color: Brownish
Consistency: Soft
Blood: Nil
Mucus: Present
Parasite: Nil

Chemical Examination

Reaction: Acidic
Occult Blood: x
pH: x
Reducing substances: x
Microscopic examination:
Vegetable cells: Present (++)
Starch: Not found
Epithelial Cells: Nil
Pus Cells: 1-2/H.P.F
R.B.C: Nil
Ova, Cyst, Trophozoite, Larva, Fat droplets : Not found
Macrophage cells, Crystals, others: nil

Please suggest me.... Sir...... Do you found any abnormalities or bad signs in this result???

Hello

Report suggests normal findings.
Few vegetable cells and mucus are normally found in stool.
Few pus cells are acceptable.
It is good that there is no RBC,ova,cysts or trophozoites in stool that indicate infection.
So,there is no abnormality in the report.
