What dose of thyroxine should one having diabetes and hypertension take for a TSH of 0.26 ?

65yF.taking insulin and hypertention medicine TSH was 73and T4,0.14,after taking thyroxine 200mcg/day. TSH is 0.26, what dose i should take now.
