What Dose My Deamidated Gliadin AB, IGA Report Indicate?

Is serum value for deamidated gliadin AB, IGA of 0.2 U/ML considered a low value. Also my deamidated gliadin AB, IGG serum value was 0.4 U/ML. Are these considered low? I have IBS, CVS, hypertensives LES and severe dysmotility of the esophagus. Maggie Alexander

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
serum deamidated gliadine antibody levels are useful for the diagnosis of the celiac disesae and there raised values are important.
IGA LEVELS 19 Units or less considered negative , 20-30 weak positive and 31 or more are positive.
IGG Levels are also interpretated similarly.
