What Dosage Of Solupred Should Be Taken To Treat Bronchitis?
Hello, I was prescribed 20mg Solupred today to treat bronchitis. The dosage was 3 tablets at once, but it was unclear if I am supposed to take that once a day, or three times a day... If the dosage is 3 times a day, that would mean 180mg per day. Is this right? Kind regards

It will be fine,if you let me know your age,and duration of the disease.Usually,to treat acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma(and less commonly chronic bronchitis),prednisolone can be used 120-180mg per day in 3-4 divided doses for initial two days,and then the dose is brought down to 60-80mg per day divide twice daily(for adults).
