What Dosage Of Tramadol Is Advisable For Fibroid And Ruptured Ovarian Cysts?
Hello, I have a ovarian cyst and also one that ruptured recently and has fluid surrounding ovary with the active cyst inside plus a fibroid and I m having my period for the first time sincediagnosis and having some pretty uncomfortable cramping and pain and I m wondering if I can take tramadol / APAP37.5/ 325 MG but two tabs instead of one?
The recommended dose of tramadol/pcm (37.5/325) combination is two to three tablets per day, with a minimum gap of 6 hrs in between. So you can safely take it two times a day (but not two tablets at once). Please keep in mind that they can cause nausea and vomiting in some patients. All the best.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Vaddadi Suresh
