What Dosage Of Meftal P Is Advisable For A Toddler With Fever?

my son (3.5 yrs, wt 15Kgs) is having high fever and it is because of throat infection since today morning. I have given him Fevago but the fever is not subsiding. Can I give him Meftal P, if yes how much? Also, he vomited whatever he ate and then even water. I gave him Emmeset. Is that ok? Antibiotics are started and two doses of today are over. The vomit was after 30 mins of second dose. Is it ok?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the body temperature is more than 38C then it can be managed with Acetaminophen syrup 150 mg per 5 ml would be enough to bring down the temperature, if this is the confirmed infection then and then it is to be given antibiotic else avoid this, be patience will take time for afebrile condition hope this information helps.
