What Dosage Of Inoflox Is Advisable For UTI?

I have UTI 10yrs ago. Used inoflox. I had blood in urine then in a few hrs. After i felt some kind of unfinished urinstion. 10yrs ago today i experienced the same thing. Because lately ihadbeen negligent in drinking water. What is thr strength of the inoflox i should takeand for how long?

I understand your concern.
Although you had experienced similar symptoms in the past and taken antibiotics, it would be better to confirm the cause this time and treat it accordingly this time. It would be better to take medication after it is ascertained that you have urinary tract infection.
Kindly get the following investigations done to know the cause.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
3. Ultrasound scan of abdomen.
Kindly consult Urologist with the reports for clinical evaluation and management.
