What Dosage Of Enterogermina Is Recommended For Vomiting To Child?

Hi,My son of 3 years and six months old suddenly felt cramps in stomach and started vomiting tonight.I have just given him ORS water .Sud i give him enterogermina oral solution and what will be the dose??and what other medicines sud i give him??He is not having loose motion yet. His weight is around 20 kg.Thanks

Welcome to hcm,
Your child could be having acute gastroenteritis. I advice to give antacids like lansoprazole 15mg .If there is assosciated loose stools you can give enterogermina.if the symptoms doesn't subside Then consult your doctor for proper diagnosis.
