What Does “bilateral Maxillary Sinusitis With Polypoidal Mass” Means In Pns X-ray?

my x-ray of pns-waters and caldwell views shows bilateral maxilaary sinusitis with A? polypoidal mass in left maxillary sinus ans dns to right.. what does it mean.. i have severe headache and nausea and vomitting.. plz help.. talking flomist nasal spray..no relief.. now have cough

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have inflammatory changes and its sequel in both maxillary sinuses with shift of nasal septum towards right side.
Most probably it is allergic in nature and there is a polyp in left maxillary sinus.You need routine hemogram.
If you are not responding to nasal spray then surgery can be done for DNS(deviated nasal septum) and avulsion of polyp can be done.
For cough,pulmonary infection should be ruled out.
