Please don't get worried about any complication.I would advice you to meet a dermatologist or venereologist asap.Complication in males can be pain over testicles, blood infection ,other organ getting involved, fever ,joint pain ,you can even infect your parter .The complications are more in females than in males.Your doctor has all the answers ,so please meet a specialist and don't get panic .

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,

Don't worry ,you are not going to die with this .Its just a infection and can be treated. In gonorrhea one gets yellowish to white discharge per urethra with burning micturation. If this is what you have. This is generally seen after an unprotected sex.It can be treated with proper antibiotic course .You should meet a dermatologist or venereologist for proper treatment. But if not treated can cause complication.
