Hi, I ve got strong pain over the back of my neck. I ve had an X-ray recently with a the results showing - Well corticated density seen involving the spinous process of T1 likely to be longstanding in nature. What does this mean?

one can not make diagnosis solely on the basis of X-ray findings .Go for further investigation of blood or MRI to reach the conclusion.
